Our standard freight policy offers free freight on qualified orders of $2000.00 or more purchased from our “Free Freight Zone” with delivery to one location within the contiguous United States. Items that are not included in the “Free Freight Zone” can not be used to reach the $2000.00 level and do not qualify for free shipping. All other items will require calling our office during normal business hours for pricing and freight quotes.

Benee’s Inc. reserves the right to choose the best transportation for your order to assure prompt and secure delivery. Deliveries can not be made to P.O. Boxes

All orders for delivery outside of the contiguous United States including but not limited to; Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and all APO/FPO addresses will be shipped at actual shipping charges regardless of your order total. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to provide the actual shipping charges.

On orders less than $2000.00 normal shipping rates will apply.

Orders are processed on business days only during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CDT. All orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays will be processed the next working business day.

KD designates “knocked down” or unassembled items. We have used state of the art design features and easy to use hardware for quick trouble free set up. Units are shipped with complete step by step instructions.

Before signing for delivery, inspect your merchandise for damage. Be sure to note any damage and the number of packages you received. Have the driver sign verifying the damage. If you discover your order has been damaged in transit, notify us within 48 hours. Failure to note damage or missing items at time of delivery may result in loss of claim to customer. Damage found after delivery (hidden damage) must be reported to Benee’s immediately. We will file all claims with the shipper and replace the damaged goods as required.

Sales tax will be calculated for orders shipped within the State of Missouri.
