Why should I buy directly from the manufacturer (Benees, Inc.)?

To avoid the additional cost of the “middle-man mark-up” and receive a higher quality product with greater customer satisfaction.

What is the difference between KD models versus WD models?

KD models normally come unassembled and require the customer to assembly. WD models normally come completely assembled ready for use.

How long has Benees, Inc. been in business?

For over eleven (11) years, Benees has been manufacturing furniture and related products in its factory in Farmington, MO.

What colors are available?

Benees offers many different color combinations in various product lines. Our customer service representatives are trained to assist you with this selection.

What happens if I have freight damage?

It is VERY important to check the product when it arrives and note damage on the freight bill. If you find concealed damage and report it before 15 days has elapsed, we still have recourse with the freight carrier. After the 15 days the carriers will not accept any claims. Benees will assist you with freight claims but it is your responsibility to contact Benees before the 15-day time limit has elapsed.

How do I know if Benees has received my order?

You will receive a written acknowledgement, by mail, verifying all of your order information with an approximate ship date. Please take the time to verify that all of the information is accurate.
